Configuration Logs
View a list of legally relevant-related configuration events both active and those that are no longer active, recorded by the meter, ERT, or module. When the workflow completes, the event logs results are displayed on the mobile device screen. The event time (date and time at which the event occurred) and event name are listed in descending order, starting with the most recent event that occurred to the oldest event that occurred. You can select a line item to view further details about it.
Retrieving events from a meter or ERT prompts you for inputs. The inputs vary by device. Expand the device type you're working with for its input details. Endpoint ID |
Type or scan the ID number of the device you are working with. This number is assigned to each device at the time of manufacture. It uniquely distinguishes the device from all others. |
Get All Logs |
Select the check box if you want to retrieve all configuration logs that exist on the ERT or meter. If you select this check box, the Start Date and End Date fields become unavailable. Clear the check box if you want to retrieve configuration logs that exist on the ERT or meter for only a selected date range. |
Start Date |
Use the day, month, and year selections to set the start of the date range for which you want to get logs. |
End Date |
Use the day, month, and year selections to set the end date of the date range for which you want to get logs. |
